When a global pharmaceutical company approached Amex GBT, a world leading B2B travel platform, to organise their large UK medical conference, Amex GBT needed a trustworthy, knowledgeable production company to depend on.
Client Vision
Amex GBT’s client wanted to host a 3-day medical conference at the Hilton Metropole in London for hundreds of live & virtual attendees. Their goal was to share knowledge & experience of patient’s treatment journeys, so they could improve going forward.
They needed a company to provide the complete event production with an emphasis on integration between live & virtual audiences. With virtual speakers presenting from different locations around the world, the production needed to be flawless to keep the focus on the important subject matter.
Solution
As a hybrid event, there were two elements of the production; for the live audience, within the conference hall, BBX installed sound, lighting, two large LED screens, set and stage. For the online audience, an interactive livestream was distributed to the client’s streaming platforms of choice.
